- Monitor and control promotion activities from every related distributor
- Support for implementation of tactical marketing communication project, including: sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisement, website and training materials
- Act as liaison between related parties
- Briefing team in designing and copying marketing and promotion material
- Coordinate printing activities related with production schedule and delivery of marketing and promotion materials to distributor

- Implement / assist action plan with the sales team for individual markets and coordinate to achieve corporate objectives.
- Closely monitoring process for measuring the impact of recommendations and propose solutions for delivery of analysis / information to the stakeholder
- Having experience in Retail Market, preferably from Building Material product
- Having experience from Research Company or Consultant will be advantage

KEY ACCOUNT EXCUTIVE (Project)
- Making target achieve for big project sales (high rise building, office tower, retail, landed housing, others)
- Product Specification to big developer, consultant, architect & project owner
- Manage sales revenue to achieve target and increase market shares
- Develop marketing & sales strategy to enhancing brand and support sales
- Implement & Controlling overall work from pre-sales until after sales service
- Launch new innovation product into market directly to end users and sell via dealer, sub dealer and contractors or PIC government
- Maintain service level agreement of service and create good relationship and satisfaction.
- Implement marketing communication activities.
- Maximize brand equity brand awareness to be stronger in local market and increase market share.
- Responsible for all project from developer appointed (profiling developer)
- Having Experience in Project
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any background education
- Preferable having background from Building material product, sanitary product, ceramic/granite floor, paint & mortar industry
- Having good networking to big project development, Government Segment & multi-national company will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skill
